Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise, control and monitor the work quality and progress of works
- Liaise and manage with consultants and contractors to ensure that the fitting out works are in accordance with the specifications and requirements
- Prepare relevant evaluation and progress reports in respect to site quality
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, with solid experience in interior fitting out projects is essential

Familiar with building regulations and construction details

Well organized, self-disciplined, systematic and able to work under pressure

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
