We are looking for client advisor assistant within wealth management who can help us support the front office while servicing our clients for the period of 6 months.
You'll:
• support the Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors in their daily client business (e.g. business trips, investment advisory, risk & compliance requirements)
• perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
• act in a role of an intermediary to internal service providers
• assist in all administrative tasks and organizational arrangements in relation to client’s general inquiries and to their investments and payments
• keep in contact with internal and external clients
