Client Advisor Assistant for payment services, Group Operations, Customer Relations (CUR)
Your Role
Do you like to help clients in solving their queries related to their cash movements with UBS Switzerland AG? Do you like the international environment and have direct contact with the clients?
We are looking for someone like that to:
• handling with clients queries regarding the national and international cash movements in all currencies and bank products (e-tools and classic paper order).
• collect all data necessary for the respective investigations using various system tools as well as contacting client advisors or external counterparties for more information.
• Handling with robot and develop your-self also robot
