We are looking for someone who can help us support the front office while servicing clients.
This exciting position provides an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to play an active role in the servicing of Financial Intermediaries (FIM) domiciled in the UBS Wealth Management Global Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia/Pacific (APAC). In this role, you will be a key team member in ensuring superior client experience by providing excellent administrative and organizational support in all client-related processes. As a main point of contact for our Financial Intermediaries you are delivering optimal support service in processing orders and dealing with queries. The position offers great development possibilities into other front roles in Switzerland or one of our other FIM Booking Centers around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Client Advisors and the Business Developers with administrative/organizational arrangements and client processes for optimal support service delivery
• Process all client-related orders independently (execute stock exchange orders, payments, opening/closing of accounts)
• Dealing with FIM queries and troubleshooting through specialized transactional process knowledge
• Dealing with client requests in direct and frequent contact with FIM by phone and email; you are expected to service a number of existing FIM fairly independently
• Assist in the handling and resolution of risk, compliance and document related matters in close collaboration with the desk's Process & Risk Specialist
• Deputize Client Advisors and other Assistants during their absences
