- develop relationships with internal and external clients
- operate as a member of the US team and coordinate with global counterparts to ensure holistic client delivery and process efficiency
- develop an in-depth understanding of client accounts in order to identify ways to efficiency
- take ownership for managing risk associated with asset servicing events
