An exciting opportunity has become available for a Client Concierge Executive to join our Sales team. This role will be responsible for supporting the account management team in daily interactions with clients, guests and hotels, along with managing a small portfolio of multi segment accounts. The role is the seamless conduit between the client, the account manager and the hotels, and ensures that the requirements of the account and ultimately the guests are met in a timely fashion, whilst maintaining a professionally responsible and friendly manner. 

 

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities

  • Act, as the main day to day contact for a portfolio of accounts across all Business to Business (B2B) segments and provide enquiry resolution
  • Build and implement a client contact plan, in conjunction with the account manager, that matches our value proposition to customer needs, to help achieve the business goals
  • Actively develop customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through fostering strong relationships
  • Manage a portfolio of multi segment small to medium (SME) Accounts
  • Identify ways to work with Accor’s existing client base to maximise market share and increase business into Accor
  • Effectively and efficiently handle customer complaints and concerns, promptly and effectively, and escalating and/or informing through appropriate channels
  • Act as a key point of contact for our hotel properties as well as external and internal clients and suppliers
  • Coordination of commercial sales initiatives and projects as directed
  • Perform administrative activities to support the provision of account management service


What we need from you

  • Qualification in Business, Tourism, Marketing or a related field
  • Experience within Sales, Account Management, Guest Experience and Operations
  • Experience utilising multiple mediums to communicate and build relationships with clients
  • Track record of delivering against sales targets
  • Experienced in working with a diverse team in a fast paced and fluid environment; and
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project, reporting tools in addition to Outlook and web-based applications.
