Do you have experience with Swiss and international legal and regulatory matters related to institutional asset management business? Are you interested in the institutional asset management business and to take charge of legal aspects of activities related thereto?

We're looking for someone like that to join our team on a permanent basis to
– Advice on all legal and regulatory aspects related to offering and distribution of financial products and services to institutional and professional clients in Switzerland and Europe. This includes in particular advice with regard to all kind of portfolio management and execution only activities as well as related services and products (main focus), distribution of investment instruments as well as sales related topics.
– Representing Legal in Swiss as well as x-regional/global projects on new offerings, services or projects of regulatory relevance.
– Contract drafting and negotiation of standardized but also tailor-made documents.
– Advising (senior-) management on strategic legal questions, elaborating on options and recommendations.
– Collaborate with other internal stakeholders from same or other UBS divisions (Global Wealth Management and Investment Bank) in and outside of Switzerland (EMEA, APAC, Americas) and management of outside counsel.
