Customer Delivery Manager - Healthcare Informatics, North America

In this role, you have the opportunity to lead all aspects of solution and services design, deployment for the Philips IntelliSpace Enterprise Edition (ISEE) suite of interoperable healthcare informatics applications and services. Serving as an advisor, leading and/or facilitating clinical, IT and business strategy focused discussions that will help to ensure the long-term success of the managed services program and overall partnership.

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

  • Single and overall responsible Program Manager for a specific IntelliSpace Enterprise Edition (ISEE) Solutions

  • General management and oversight of the planning and execution of all underlying, inter-related projects that make up the overall customer program. Ensuring all aspects of project success through the execution of project work plans in accordance with project/program Statement of Work (SOW), while revising the SOW as appropriate to meet changing needs, requirements and customer expectations

  • Coordinate activities and decision making on behalf of the customer, Philips and the Working Groups. Overseeing all activities of project or program team members, ensuring completion of assigned tasks in accordance with schedule, resources, cost, performance, and quality objectives

  • Sits on executive leadership committees and other groups as necessary to ensure deep understanding of ongoing customer needs. Develop strategic working relationships and provide guidance to C-level customer’s leaders. Maintaining a governance model and frequent cadence with key CUSTOMER stakeholders as it relates to decision making, priority setting and strategic collaborative initiatives

  • Utilize industry knowledge to identify complex customer issues, broaden customer relationships, and develop a reputation as a thought leader, driving industry best practices into solutions and service design, architecture and delivery

  • Understanding the Philips solutions offerings and leveraging that knowledge to ensure continued adoption of the solutions and related capabilities across the customer organization

  • Identifying and remediating program issues and risks, as they arise, in a proactive manner

You are part of a team that oversees the deployment and ongoing adoption of Philips healthcare informatics programs spanning the entire health system. You will work closely with both internal and external key stakeholders including C-level leadership, clinicians, IT professionals and project team members to ensure ISEE enables the ISEE customer to achieve desired outcomes and expected value.

Further to serve as an advisor, leading and/or facilitating clinical, IT and business strategy focused discussions that will help to ensure the long-term success of the managed services program and overall partnership with our ISEE customers.
