The opportunity:

We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Corporate Solutions team. You’ll work closely with other team members and the role is all about delivering on exceptional attention to detail and time management, making it easy for all advisers of group schemes to do business with AIA NZ. Bring your previous insurance/banking or strong administration experience to the team and take the opportunity to gain exposure or further develop your experience within the Insurance industry!

About the role:

• Develop, maintain and support relationships with advisers the Corporate Solutions team and other internal and external stakeholders

• Complete administrative tasks liaising with claims, underwriting and other internal teams accurately and proactively

About you:

• Administration experience within insurance/banking (desirable)

• Strong relationship building and communication skills

• Effective time management skills

• Tech savvy with experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
