The Opportunity

Join the AIA Group Distribution team and partner with the strategic partnerships manager in this end to end client management role. This is a chance to join Australia’s leading insurer and shape your client portfolio.

To do this successfully you will:

• Contribute to the strategy implementation and continuous improvement for assigned clients
• Proactively develop and maintain day to day client relationships
• Support the Strategic Partnership Manager in all client renewal activities
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions to improve member outcomes
• Maximize client satisfaction, retention, premium flow and profitability

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

• Proven experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Previous public sector and industry experience desired
• Diploma of Financial Services or equivalent (desired)
• Excellent relationship and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational skills
