We’re looking for a Business Risk Specialist for our APAC Client Due Diligence (CDD) Competency Centre to:
• lead key CDD business risk topics as SMEs
• support the business in implementing measures to effectively mitigate our client's and UBS's risks
• develop the business risk framework and control processes
• provide SME guidance to origination to ensure the compliance of any relevant regulation or global/ local policy
• regularly evaluate and improve existing processes, put new processes (including training) into action and systematically track these
• make sure that legal, compliance and regulatory requirements are observed
• in charge of specific RtB business risk assessment for sensitive clients in HK/SG, including to provide quality assurance that the output(s) from the control processes meets the regulatory or policy requirement(s)/expectation(s)
