What will your role be?
In order to support the growth of Dassault Systèmes, your responsibilities include the following:
  • Define, get 3DS team endorsement and customer commitment on the Customer Value Roadmap for the assigned accounts to generate 5+ M€ in incremental revenue each over 3 years
  • Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS
  • Involve 3DS teams and/or C&SI as appropriate to maintain a high-end 3DS consulting presence at customer and to create new growth opportunities
  • Identify and transform leads into opportunities
  • Perform full sales engagements consistent with the LEVERAGE process to over achieve revenue plan
  • Provide an accurate forecast for Q, Q+1, Q+2 and FY creating the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives
  • Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (SBO, IOC, CLOSA, Revenue recognition), government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards
  • Manage 3DS and Client ecosystems all along the customer experience to ensure global satisfaction

The challenges ahead
As a part of High-tech sales team, you will be responsible for implementing business transformation to increase 3DS penetration and revenue growth on a mid and long term basis.
You will deliver revenue plan by executing an overall sales strategy, involving 3DS extended team to ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with a committed Customer Value Roadmap.
You will lead Customer Executive relationship and global ecosystem to support enterprise business transformation and be accountable to engage by value systematically and engage with Business Consulting approach.

Your key success factors
  • Bachelor's Degree in a engineering or a business related field is preferred
  • 3-5 years working experience in a sales position, at least 3+ years’ experience in selling solutions for large enterprise customers;
  • Familiar with High-tech industry; Successful track record in developing business in Lenovo /Huawei /ZTE
  • High motivated, strong ambition to succeed and willing to learn
  • Good communication in Chinese and English
