RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

CEM reporting and participating the CEM target set-up

• Provide qualitative and quantitative CEM report for each event and ad-hoc basis.
• Base on each BTQ’s CEM profile and challenges to initiate adequate CEM target
• Provide client list to fulfill the event strategy annually

BTQ CEM actions/ result monitoring and modification

• Base on each BTQ’s CEM target and challenges to customize BTQ CEM actions to support business goal
• Monitor the progress of CEM target monthly and quarterly and flexibly adjust CEM action based on trend and competitors’ moves

Enhance client experience with Chanel brand and story

• Based on the brand guideline, plan the unique CEM actions and ultimate experience for client that only Chanel can do
• VIP overseas trip planning, execution and post event/trip service, such as photo management

Marketing tools management

• CEM tools planning, ordering and dispatch, such as gifting for different occasions and needs.
• CEM material translation and validation, such as Website, EDM, DM, invitation cards..etc.
