Examples of What You Will Do

This is a back-office supporting role with a wide variety of responsibilities, and some of the activities include:

Communicating and interacting with internal customers. This role will require you to communicate mostly via email and workflows, in order to adjust better to the availability of your over field-based and other hub-based colleagues.  You will also be communicating to them by telephone which offers a more personal touch and allows us the opportunity to integrate real-time two-way communication.

Building relationships. You will need to build relationships with your colleagues (e.g., Sales, C&R, Client Planning Advisors, etc.) to be truly successful.

Supporting daily business. You will be asked to support our organization’s daily business and business growth, and to achieve and exceed the KPIs and objectives through robust processes, Common Operating Model and team work. Deal with incoming enquiries. Most of this role will be dealing with incoming enquiries (via email and through systems and tools) from your colleagues and, on occasion, from our customers. However, you will also be requested to execute forward planning and properly prioritize your work.  

Ensuring data quality, compliance and efficient inter-functional interaction. You will need to get to know our procedures, processes and tools, apply technical knowledge and skills, liaise with your colleagues and find solutions that would help you in achieving both individual, team and business objectives.

Requirements for this position

We are open to hiring candidates with different backgrounds, experiences, and skills. However, there are a few non-negotiable traits that any successful candidate will possess.

  • Language skills. Fluent or working proficiency English and Germana must.
  • Desire to learn. You must have a hunger to improve and the ability to learn new skills. You are organised. This is a fast-paced role with a mix of proactive and reactive activities. The right candidate will be able to juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
  • You bring energy into the room. We are looking for lively, hungry, ambitious, energetic team players. You are hardworking and passionate about customer experience. Genuine hard work is needed to achieve challenging targets, but the rewards are great.
