For our innovative Engineering (Experts) Service, we are looking for a reliable and well experienced employee for the domestic market:
Client Manager – European Engineering Service (Foreigners only)
To be part of the Guangzhou team and get hands on experience in developing the local market with an innovative business concept.
Location: Zhujiang New Town, Guangzhou, China

Responsibilities:
Seeking and identifying potential manufactures which has the demand for European Engineers (Experts) to develop their products or to upgrade their factory.
Support and take care of current clients
Identify strategic distribution partner (e.g. association which promotes the Engineering Service to their members) and sign cooperation contracts
Identify and taking care of the HR Bureaus of the local governments
Attend related events and fairs to promote the Service
Visit potential clients and staying in contact with our German headquarter
Be responsible for the exchange process of the Expert from Europe to China
Maintain long-term relationship with clients

Qualifications:
Graduated at a Chinese University with a bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resources, International Business Management or similar
First working experiences in the service industry preferred in the Human Resources
Basic knowledge in Chinese labor rights as well as Visa requirements for foreign expats
Chinese business fluent in written and oral (B1 or parallel), English business fluent in written and oral (B1 or parallel), German is a plus
Client-oriented, optimistic and confident, can work under pressure
High communication and learning ability
Love to serve clients and open for challenging tasks, willing to make effort for high salary
Flexibility and creativity in difficult situations to achieve positive results
Work/study experience abroad is a plus
