• Managing and servicing existing client portfolio, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities from existing clients and elsewhere
• Interact regularly with clients and provide assistance with coverage questions and program adjustments; solves problems regarding client account issues
• Assist to review policies and initiates recommendation for coverage and request changes from underwriters or service providers
• Assist to prepare underwriting specifications, client proposals, analysis and presentations as required.
• Responsible for assigned account profitability, budget, billing and receivables activity

Job Requirements

• University graduate
• Holder of ACII or ANZIIF or FLMI is preferable
• Minimum 2 years experiences in insurance broking and insurance industry is preferable;
• Good PC Skills, including Words (English and Chinese), Excel & Power Point
• Ambitious, solution focus and strong skills in client and underwriters relationship management
• Good Command of English and Chinese
• Must be a holder of Macau permanent resident identity card (i.e. prerequisite of obtaining insurance broker license in Macau)

Fresh graduates/ Candidates with less experience will be considered for Client Executive position.
