Responsibilities

• Manage customer and business client inquiries and response to requests
• Handle and follow up issues with clients via email and calls (B2B & B2C)
• Maintain and frequently update database
• Enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional customer supports
• Handling customer question and complaint

Requirements:

• 1 year Call center experience in customer service
• Excellent speaking and Writing in English
• Fast Pace, Flexible and Service oriented
• Self-driven and consciousness
