Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:

Client relationship

Contact the clients to understand their needs or inquiry of company’s services and work with different teams to meet the needs of the clients
Contact the clients to know the test or inspection orders for certain period to give an idea of workload to other teams
Contact the clients to know their feedback of our services (technical questions, services, prices, complaints…)
Collect market information and to monitor the clients’ orientation
Prepare client year tender, forecast and project status analysis
Extend business from all channels
Bridge the relationship between sales and CRM
Good relationship with client from all positions

Manage the relation between technical team and clients
Receive and reply the test inquiry from different kinds of clients (local or overseas)
Collect test information from clients and arrange offer preparation
Collect technical information from test supervisors and/or experts to prepare the offers
Provide all needed data to coordination team to prepare the simple offers
Issue the test offers
Provide test offer to clients and get clients’ confirmation and/or payment
Match in BISTRA the incoming samples and offers when applicable
Contact clients for test samples and documents
Review the clients contract conditions before transferring to test team
Issue from BISTRA the cover sheets for testing folders
Create the paper folders for test team
Provide the history of the folders to technical team
Record in BISTRA the fees for subcontracted tests
Keep the clients informed of the test result and work closely with the test team to prepare the regular test status follow up for clients
Develop the business with their clients
Receive and reply the inspection inquiry from different kinds of clients (local or overseas)
Collect inspection application from clients and arrange offer preparation
Provide inspection offer to clients and get clients’ confirmation and/or payment
Coordinate on the inspection schedule according to the client’s expectation and adjust with client if necessary
Communicate the relevant problems that inspectors meets during inspection to clients and get relevant instruction or confirmation
Keep the clients informed of the inspection result and work closely with the test team to prepare the regular inspection status follow up for clients
Participate to client’s meeting
Support the management to prepare weekly forecast of the test and inspection activity
Send invoices regularly to clients
Support Financial team to collect payment
Attend to exhibition fairs, if needed
Follow the internal quality system of LCIE China
Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements


Marketing

Collect marketing information (competitive intelligence) with all kinds of methods.
Take part in expos, which company setting booth and walk in other professional expos to present and hand out our leaflets.
Compose marketing analysis report to manager.


Report and database management

Write weekly and monthly report to key account manager.
Input and maintain the vendor database.


Cross-selling and others

Join tighter with other lines to explore new marketing and vendors to promote BVCPS services.
Cross-selling meeting and marketing activities.
