Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients (primarily foreign or English-speaking backgrounds) through daily communication, event participation, issue coordination, etc., to enhance client satisfaction and brand loyalty.
2. Understand client needs via online/offline channels (including emails, meetings, social events, etc.), consolidate client feedback, propose optimization suggestions, and elevate client experience and brand allegiance.
3. Assist in planning and executing client events (such as appreciation dinners, industry salons, product experience sessions), supporting the entire process from invitations, reception, follow-up, to feedback collection.
4. Regularly organize and update client profiles, documenting communication priorities, cooperation progress, and client updates to maintain a clear client database.
Requirements:
1. Pleasant appearance, elegant demeanor, professional etiquette, and excellent professional image.
2. Fluency in spoken and written English, capable of seamless communication as a working language.
3. Outstanding communication and coordination skills, customer-centric mindset, and strong interpersonal affinity.
4. Preference given to candidates with experience in customer service, liaison, translation, public relations, or related fields.
5. Flexibility to arrange working hours, accommodating occasional weekend or evening client events.
