IBM is searching for talents to fill the position of Client Representative for the Commercial sector. Being a IBM Client Representative, you are responsible to drive the sale of Software, Hardware, and Services opportunities with our clients through the orchestration of hardware, software and services Sales Specialists, as well as leveraging other IBM resources.

The Commercial Client Representative is expected to:

1. Responsible for business result (including transaction and signing) in assigned seeding and whitespace territory
2. Lead and collaborate with marketing, brand and IBM Partner Ecosystem to drive transaction revenue through the execution of Program & Sales play
3. Identify and drive business in new logo in particular service deal
4. Develop relationship and access to new client
5. Ensure high NPS of client relationship

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience should include:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in any discipline
• Design, plan and execute sales play
• Use of multichannel and tools to reach out and nocturne prospects
• Solution selling skill in particular software and service
• Broad partner network
• Organisation and management skill
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Able to work in a team environment.
