Job Description

Pension Admin 13K-14K

Responsibilities:

  • Provide MPF scheme administration support
  • Ensure smooth running of the account assigned, and follow up outstanding issues
  • Handle customers' enquiries and provide possible solutions

 

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree / Degree holder in any disciplines
  • Basic MPF knowledge
  • Proficient in MSC offices and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Pension Hotline 15K-16K

Responsibilities:

  • Only handle all inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Maintain good relationship with customers and handle enquiries/complaints
  • Provide clerical and administration support to the team

 

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above
  • Preferably 1 year experience in customer service / call center
  • Passed in MPF License Exam is an advantage
  • Proficient in MSC offices

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
