Job Description
Pension Admin 13K-14K
Responsibilities:
- Provide MPF scheme administration support
- Ensure smooth running of the account assigned, and follow up outstanding issues
- Handle customers' enquiries and provide possible solutions
Requirements:
- Associate Degree / Degree holder in any disciplines
- Basic MPF knowledge
- Proficient in MSC offices and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Pension Hotline 15K-16K
Responsibilities:
- Only handle all inbound and outbound calls and emails
- Maintain good relationship with customers and handle enquiries/complaints
- Provide clerical and administration support to the team
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- Preferably 1 year experience in customer service / call center
- Passed in MPF License Exam is an advantage
- Proficient in MSC offices
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
