Job Description
Pension Admin Administrator 13-14K
Responsibilities:
- Provide MPF scheme administration support, including enrolment, contribution, switching and termination
- Ensure smooth running of the account assigned, and follow up outstanding issues
- Perform clerical duties including data input, scanning and filing
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or above
- Customer focused, with good problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
Pension Hotline Administrator 15-16K [Pure CS]
Responsibilities:
- Only handle all inbound and outbound calls and email (no cross selling is needed)
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints in relation to Pension Business
- Provide clerical and administration support to the team
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- Preferably 1 year experience gained in customer service / hotline service
- Excellent telephone manner with mature and pleasant attributes
- Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
