Job Description
Main responsibilities
- Delivering administrative support in the process of MPF scheme
- Handling customers' enquiries, problems and providing accurate information
- Updating customers' information into system
Basic requirements
- Associate degree / Degree holder in any disciplines
- Prior admin experience will be an advantage
- Good in PC skills and Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
- Detailed minded and fast learner
