We're looking for a Client Service Associate to:
• provide ongoing account relationship maintenance and support for our existing clients
• support all aspects of client service workflow including phone coverage, verbal/written communication with ultra-high net worth clients, and online web support
• manage the team’s complex and highly dynamic calendar; coordinate client meetings for a large book of business
• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
