Job Description
Job Scope:
 
Customer Service Role (20%)
- Ensure the smooth operation of the branch by attending to walk-in customers
- Maintain the service standards set and ensure that all enquiries are handled in a professional manner
- Responsible for delivering a high level of brand image, service experience and customer satisfaction to all our customers
- Attend to branch hotline and emails
- Update appointment schedule and assign walk-in customers and other leads according to schedule
Administrative role (80%)
- Responsible for the sending and receiving of documents via courier service
- Printing and replenishing brochures and forms
- Housekeeping of branch equipment and ordering of stationery
- Consolidate and prepare report for management
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives
 
Job requirements:
 
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Customer Service in retail environment or equivalent.
- Customer focused and service oriented
