We’re looking for an Operations Services Specialist for the client segment Banks to:
• support day-to-day transactional business in the field of Securities Services / Global Custody such as Corporate Actions and/or Income, Proxy Voting is a plus
• ensure query resolution till completion within agreed service levels and at client satisfaction
• commit to a culture of continuous improvement centered on client service
• further develop our client relations in both English and German
