Job Description

Our client is a company that operates a digital trading platform that caters to the needs of professional and frequent traders, institutional investors, financial advisor, and brokers. They are now looking for the right candidate with strong financial and trade knowledge to provide client support services.

They are the lowest cost provider of brokerage services and the largest U.S. electronic broker based on daily average executing 850,000 trades per day. The mainstream businesses include brokerage dealing and proprietary trading, which has created over 6 billion of accumulated equity capital.

Description

  • Act as an intermediate to respond to client inquiries on their trade / investment process
  • Follow up and monitor trade-related issues including execution, order routing, trade busts, position liquidation etc.
  • Build long-term client relationship by identifying their needs and introduce appropriate services and workflow solutions
  • Meet with institutional clients to introduce the platform/ global product that offering

Profile

  • At least 2-3 years' experience at reputable financial institution
  • Strong product knowledge in equities, option, futures and FX
  • HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 is a must; this role requires to obtain Type 1, 2, and 3
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance related disciplines
  • Self-starter and proactive to take ownership of projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, dedicated to serve the best to clients
  • High fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • General programming knowledge is a plus
