Responsibilities:

  • Provide
    client service through multi-channels, such as Live Chat on official
    website, Email and WeChat etc.;
  • Inspire
    clients' desirability towards the brand and products by exploring their
    needs and providing personalized services;
  • Lead
    the interaction with clients and help clients to make the purchase
    decision;
  • Communicated
    with overseas colleagues via Email or Phone Call (mainly confirmed
    purchase status, tax refund and overseas complaints with overseas customer
    service centers and exclusive stores)


Requirements:

  • Good
    written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English;
  • Preferred
    2 years of working experience in customer service, retail sales or other
    customer service fields;
  • Outstanding interpersonal
    skills with good communication skills, client centric;
  • Good at team spirit,commercial mindset and can work under pressure.
