Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Provide client service through multi-channels, such as phone call, email and chatting;
  • Inspire clients' desirability towards the brand and products by exploring their needs and providing personalized services;
  • Lead the interaction with clients and help clients to make the purchase decision;
  • Meet performance objectives (take call rate, service quality, etc)


Requirements:

  • Native Chinese and workable English;
  • Preferred 2 years of working experience in customer service, retail sales or other customer service fields;
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with good communication skills, client centric;
  • Good at team spirit, commercial mindset and can work under pressure.
