Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide client service through multi-channels, such as phone call, email and chatting;
- Inspire clients' desirability towards the brand and products by exploring their needs and providing personalized services;
- Lead the interaction with clients and help clients to make the purchase decision;
- Meet performance objectives (take call rate, service quality, etc)
Requirements:
- Native Chinese and workable English;
- Preferred 2 years of working experience in customer service, retail sales or other customer service fields;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with good communication skills, client centric;

Good at team spirit, commercial mindset and can work under pressure.
