Job Description

Department: Corporate Customer Service Centre

In this position, you will:

  • Assist with the development of the customer service team
  • Provide full range of account services to Corporate clients
  • Handle enquiries from Corporate clients and liaise with related parties for aftersales services
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote products & services plan and achieve the sales target
  • Carry out clerical duties, e.g. billing report generation and adjustment

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any school disciplines
  • At least 3 years' experience of customer service field
  • Experience with the telecom / services industry is a plus
  • Adaptable, outgoing, and motivated in providing professional customer service
  • Able to work independently

When you work:

  • 5 days work

  • 8 hours per day
