Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


o 50% in Account Management

  • Support Business Development team in the renewal and extension of existing accounts
  • Provide on-going regular reporting to East region clients
  • Ensure that all Aspire products, services and delivery processes are fully understood by the clients
  • Respond to client service requests/complaints in an efficient manner

o 50% in data and system management

  • Monthly, quarterly and yearly report and utilization analysis
  • SF accounts management and weekly sales activity reports.
  • Other data related tasks assigned by the direct manager.


Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in Sales Support/Sales Operation/Sales Admin
  • Customer Orientated (internal and/or external customers)
  • Data analysis related experience, good at Excel and PPT
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Native Chinese and workable English
