What will you do?
Study Co-ordination
• Manages and co-ordinates all technical and service aspects of a project; ranging from discussion with clients/Global Project Manager on the development of the project specifications, documentation aspect of setting up project and management of all project related activities through to project completion.
• Coordination and communication of all relevant activities, both internal and external to ensure all aspect of services are in accordance with study requirements.
• Overall responsibility for ensuring that activities come together in a timely manner to meet the client and study requirements.
• Working with Client to finalize logistics requirements.
• Organize and delivery of training to other Fisher member where appropriate.
• Timely provision of reports and other information to clients as required.
• Provide input into the writing and review of departmental SOPs.
• Participate in client meetings, investigator meetings, teleconferences where appropriate.
• Participation in cross functional business process improvement activities as required.
• To ensure that all processes are performed in accordance to established procedures and cGMP standard.
• Assist management in any other matters as required.
• Ensure that all study shipments requested are released according to contractual and country requirements.
• Co-ordination of study returns request in accordance with project requirements.
Project Budgets
• Enter project budgets and forecasts and backlog reports.
• Perform billing/invoicing activities for allocated projects.
How will you get here?
I. Education
• Tertiary education in Scientific or health care discipline / Business Studies / Logistics
II. Experience
• Experience in Project Management
• Demonstrated excellence and able to provide good Customer Service
• Experienced in leading a team and accomplishing projects despite manage tight timelines
III. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Possess Leadership skill to manage a team
• Computer literate; good working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite;;
• Good written and verbal skills;
• Possess good organizational/prioritization skill;
• Previous knowledge of warehousing and logistic work practices from the Pharmaceutical industry an advantage
