Job Description
Coordinate customer orders with clients, shippers, network partners and internal parties.
与客户、托运人、合作伙伴和内部各方处理订单, 安排出货及跟单。

Play key role in the new client/shipper implementation process, including solutioning with managers and drafting standard operating procedures.
在新客户/托运人服务实施过程中发挥关键作用,包括与经理一起创建解决方案和起草标准操作程序。

Engage in client, shipper, and network partner communications via email, instant messaging and phone calls.
通过电子邮件、即时消息和电话与客户、托运人和网络合作伙伴进行沟通。

Execute daily tasks within function, via documented processes and assigned tasks.
遵守日常业务流程规定,有序开展职责范围内被分配的工作任务和实时书面记录。

Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of day-to-day operations within the business unit.
确保部门内日常业务能顺利高效地进行运营。

Create B2B shipments on the company system and consolidate data from multiple sources for client invoicing.
在公司系统上创建 B2B 发货并整合多个来源的数据以供为客户开具发票。

Complete necessary work as required.
完成上级交代的相关任务工作。

Role requirements

Tertiary education degree, working experience in cross-border logistics industry and air freight operations preferred
本科或大专学历, 跨境物流行业和空运操作岗位工作经验优先考虑。

Possess excellent communication skills and adaptability, strong ability to work independently and withstand pressure; proficient computer skills, and high attention to detail
具备优秀的沟通能力和应变能力,独立工作能力强,能承受较大工作压力,熟练的电脑操作技
能,高度重视细节工作。

Good language skills in Chinese and English, able to communicate in daily work
有良好的中文/英语技能,能进行日常工作沟通。

Proficient in using common office software such as MS Office (Word and Excel)
