In Lenovo Finland we have a Client Technical Advisor position for a true PC expert with the right combination of technology skills, experience in enterprise technical support, excellent discipline and a passion for making things work properly. The position will cover Finland and Baltic countries and is in a Nordic technology team. What is your mission? You will do post sales technical support for Large Enterprise/Public Sector/SMB accounts across market verticals. In addition you will: • Establish and maintain structured system for mid/high level support requests • Analyze and describe issues to determine correct level of measures to resolve • Drive progress to ensure timely resolution and closing • Keep records and maintain smart fix and checklist library • Attend internal technology support calls and leverage for local work • Work independently and initiate proactive action when needed • Create and coordinate tech bulletin communication to customers, partners and colleagues as relevant #### Position Requirements: • A Degree in Information Technology, System Engineering or similar. • PC architecture expertise and in-depth knowledge of current and former operating systems.  (Microsoft, Linux, Chrome) • 5+ years of field experience in supporting enterprise level users or partner channel in PC industry • Excellent English and fluent Finnish language skills • Programming, scripting skills are a plus • Computer competency certifications are a plus At Lenovo we're proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
