Job responsibilities :

• Assist doctors in consultation and minor operations
• Answer patients’ inquiry and appointment booking
• Conduct health check and clinical procedures
• Handle enquiries and appointments
• Handle contract patients(medical card)
• Locations based in Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai or Tsim Sha Tsui

Job requirements :

• HKDSE / HKCEE or above
• 1-2 years’ experience in medical services
• Certificate in Health Care Assistant Training and experience in blood taking or serving different specialties are preferred
• Good customer service skills, responsible, self-motivated, and good interpersonal &communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Computer literate (Office, Chinese input method)
