Job Responsibilities

• Directly report to General Manager to assist in the formulation, implementation and review of standard operation procedures;
• To provide training and coaching to Clinic In-Charge and frontline teams to ensure the delivery of standardized workflow with quality customer service and clinical care;
• Revamp existing policies and procedures to ensure they are compliant with relevant health authorities;
• To drive continuous improvement to optimize operational efficiency;
• Monitor workload among clinics and allocate appropriate manpower to ensure the consistent and efficient services;
• Liaise with cross-functional departments and external vendors independently;
• Manage procurement, distribute consumables and medical supplies among clinics;
• Perform operational audit processes to ensure clinic compliance;
• To participate in clinic profit and loss analysis, provide necessary support to management for making improvements as necessary; and
• To handle any ad hoc assignments and special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above of all disciplines. Training received from Pharmacy, Nursing or healthcare related disciplines will be a definite advantage;
• 5+ years relevant experience in clinic operations and administrative experiences in managing multiple clinics/centers with minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in supervising clinic in-charge/supervisors;
• Experience and knowledge in medical or healthcare industry is a MUST, familiar with PHF Ordinance will be a definite advantage;
• Excellent people management with strong interpersonal, coaching, supervisory and problem-solving skills;
• Pleasant, well-organized, customer-oriented, self-motivated and hardworking with strong sense of responsibility;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing; and
• Immediate available will be considered in priority.
