The Clinic Nurse厂医 will be based in 上海外高桥.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• 负责员工的病假评估和工伤假评估,工伤的提报及跟踪,员工轻微受伤处理；
• 员工一般医疗,急重症,意外伤害等应急处置,转诊;配合EHS等相关单位紧急救援，减少恶性事件的发生；
• 健康筛检（包括入职体检，职业病体检，健康体检等),识别和评估员工存在的健康风险、提供解决方案和实施措施,降低健康风险；
• 员工健康教育,提供健康生活和疾病预防等专业指导和支持；
• 车间急救箱药物分发和检查；
• 负责公司突发性事故的处理及诊断工作,传染病的预防、处置，相关政府部门沟通汇报工作；
• 配合政府单位，组织开展无偿献血工作；

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• 大专以上学历，医学类相关专业背景，有临床工作经验优先；
• 掌握医学专业知识，具有良好的沟通能力；
• 有相关资格证书《全科医生资格证》或者《职业护士资格证》，厂医工作经历优先；
