Responsibilities:

• Answer phone inquiries 接聽電話及解答查詢
• Handling Appointments 處理預約
• Greeting guests and registration 接待病人及登記
• Assist doctors in examination procedures 協助醫生進行手術及檢查

Requirements:

• At least 1 year working experience 具1年工作經驗
• Pleasant personality and a good team player 品格良好及具團隊合作精神
• Excellent communication skills 良好溝通技巧
• Good service manner 良好服務態度
• Chinese and English computer knowledge is a must 懂中英文電腦操作
