Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage and oversee the operations of clinic including but not limited to staff management, administration and nursing & patient services
• Assist in development of execution plans to drive sustainable business growth
• Lead the team to achieve company’s goal in terms of revenue and customer satisfactory level
• Coach and motivate nursing staff to ensure consistency in performance, evaluate staff performance and provide additional training as necessary to enhance clinical services
• Support clinical staff to handle appointments booking and enquiries when required
• Coordinate and manage staff training for clinic staff
• strengthen teams’ structure, capacity planning, deployment of services and facilities management
• Manage all clinic administration, inventory control and clinical equipment maintenance and repairs
• Responsible for monitoring inventory management including stock take and order replenishment
• Support senior management with regular reporting
• Perform ad hoc project as required by top management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical industry, with preferable experience in supervisory role
• University degree or above in Nursing, healthcare, management or related disciplines are highly preferred
• Holder of a Certificate of Registration and a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong is desirable
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Able to effectively sustain multiple and simultaneous tasks
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Clinic Manager
• Immediate available will be an advantage
