In this role, you have the opportunity to

work within a truly international team of 7, which is operating at the point where HealthCare meets IT Solutions. You will gain experience coping with internal and external stakeholders.

You are responsible for

  • Managing the install base of Philips Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI) solutions and related promotional and service activities

  • Supporting the creation and implementation of campaigns and events dedicated to EDI, with a particular focus on processes related to the installbase (service contracts, upgrade)

  • Cooperation with customer service, service engineers and BIU (Business Innovation Unit) in the field of reporting processes within newly installed and existing EDI solutions

  • Support of sales and customer service teams in the preparation of promotional materials

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • You are currently studying in the field related to Bioengineering, IT or other similar

  • Fluent English is a must

  • You are highly motivated to learn and develop professionally within HealthCare and IT Solution areas

  • MS Office applications, including Excel

  • Good communication skills

  • Availability at least 20h/ week
