You are responsible for

As a Clinical Application Physicist in MR Therapy you will

• Participate as an applications expert in the product definition and product validation: in this role you are the voice of the end user.

• Act as a Validation and Clinical Evaluation expert in in the product development projects teams

• Plan and deliver training to the end users at the hospitals and the experts in the Philips organization

• Support product management by providing input to clinical materials and by communicating with customers at exhibitions and during customer visits.

You are a part of

Business innovation unit developing products that combines MR imaging in the Radiation Therapy. Many of your closest colleagues will be specialists in the Product Applications team and engineers in R&D. The position of Clinical Application Physicist is based in Vantaa, Finland.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Master’s or PhD level degree in physics, medical engineering or equivalent (Certified medical physicist preferred)

• Clinical experience in radiotherapy (Experience in MR Imaging preferred)

• Fluent in English, verbally and written

• Excellent reporting skills

• Advanced problem resolving ability

• Convincing presentation skills

• Ability to work with technical devices and feel comfortable with various software tools

• Team-worker, Marketing aspects are also always present in your work

• Willingness to travel
