JOB DUTIES:

• Patient registration & File management
• General clerical duties
• Medication dispensing, Pharmacy management & drugs dispensing
• Responsible for daily clinical services, operations and patients care duties
• Prepare monthly statistical report
• Attend monthly meeting and report to management
• Coordinate patients’ bookings and hospital admissions
• Handling other ad-hoc duties as assigned (i.e. Provide injection and blood test service in outdoor program.)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Form 5 graduate or above
• Holder of valid Practicing Certificate (For Registered Nurse)
• 3-4 years or above in Clinic experience preferable
• IT knowledge including MS Words, MS Excel, e-mail and Clinic Solution
• Good command of spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good telephone manner, communication skills, self-initiative and well-organized
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Working Hours: Mon-Fri / 9am-6pm; Sat / 9am-1pm

Working days: 5 working days; Shift duty is required
