BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
This position is responsible to develop field business with medical/scientific knowledge, deliver scientific information to clinical customers and get clinical experts insight to optimize the assay promotion strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will also be responsiblefor, but not limiting to the following duties:
- Work closely with regional sales team and make regional disease state management strategy plan, optimize the sales tools from the medical point of view.
- Making regional clinical education and visit plan, conduct clinical education and deliver the key medical message to external customers and internal sales team.
- Organize regional medical events and ensure all the activities align with compliance and requirements.
- Establish local Key Experts network for the purpose of seeking their medical / scientific insightto optimize the assay promotion strategy.
- Provide support and liaisons with clinical study projects.
- Address scientific/clinical questions/issues by searching literatures or consult experts.
- Act as primary liaison between internal and external groups regarding product safety surveillance.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS:
- External contacts for this position include clinicians, laboratory, university, dealers.
- Internal contacts include all marketingdepartment staff members as well as other pre-sale and post-sale department staff in other offices of the company to gain information or to resolve problems.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN:
The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work. Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers/supervisor. Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION & SKILLS:
- Master or Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from medical school, or PhD of related science.
SKILLS:
- Excellent English skills in speaking, reading and writing
- Good presentation skill and communication skill
WORKING EXPERIENCE:
- Two years working experience

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
This position may require business traveling in a frequently situation.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position functions in a general office environment.
