About this opportunity

Your mission as a Clinical Digital Adoption Specialist is to apply your clinical expertise combined with your comprehensive knowledge of iTero sales strategies for key accounts to accelerate revenue and higher case volume and identifying opportunities to improve organizational financial performance.

You will drive digital adoption of iTero intraoral scanners in dental offices.

Demonstrating your comprehensive knowledge of dental office processes, workflows, the dental industry and thorough iTero proficiency, accompanied by practical clinical expertise, you will build and leverage influential relationships with doctors by providing them with tailored insights and experience to enable and inspire them to modernize and grow their business with optimization of iTero digital technology. 

You excel at building complete clinical profiles, identifying opportunities and sharing best practices that support a full digital integration of the clinic. You will perform a thorough customer current state assessment, prioritize and create a defined work path with targeted customers to facilitate full adoption of the scanner through account-level goal setting, understanding business needs, leveraging training resources and implementing processes and procedures with doctors and staff, while maintaining a positive customer experience. As a face of Align Technology, you are instrumental in communicating with customers, internal teams and with internal leadership. 

In this role, you will…

  • Provide clinical support to doctors to achieve the goal of full digital adoption in targeted accounts supporting the full adoption of iTero practices utilizing iTero scanners as part of routine patient health checks, for Invisalign and restorative scanning.
  • As a partner with the Territory Manager, you are able adept to implementing digital technology and refining office processes and highlighting the opportunities presented with the full suite of Invisalign and Itero products.
  • Foster positive relationships with entire practice teams within targeted practices. Build relationships with iTero and Invisalign partners, utilizing a consultative and collaborative approach with the common goal inspiring our customers to modernize and grow their business; by assisting them in implementing digital technology and refining office processes.
  • Deliver Clinical Training and presentations to a variety of customer types as well as internal audiences, to maximize implementation, utilization and integration of products
  • Demonstrate leadership by being customer focused, displaying strategic thinking, having a global and company mindset, focusing on results, and continuously develops skills.
  • Leverage all resources and successfully manage the integration of the iTero scanner and Invisalign processes and procedures with both Doctors and Staff of targeted accounts.
  • Strategically work with sales and commercial support functions to prioritize opportunities.
  • Work as a clinical mentor to internal partners and external partners regarding best demonstrated practices ( including assuming responsibility for train the trainer functions and IDI)
  • Stay active and engaged with important dental care related organizations to stay abreast of trends and changes in dental/ hygienist practice that impact our business or customers.
  • Utilize up to date knowledge of the dental industry to provide clinical input for new product development and software enhancements
  • Utilize data/analytics to help customer’s drive decision making
  • Orchestrate additional internal company resources to optimize the customer experience and provide ongoing promotion of Align /iTero solutions
  • Diagnose positive and negative results and lead the triage and execution accordingly, communicating results to leadership Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizes tasks based on organizational need and judgment, and handles working independently in remote office situations productive while maintaining focus on brand strength.
  • Effective and independently manage booking of travel within company guidelines; ensuring to adhere to  personal expenses and expense reporting requirements in a timely manner
  • Has a bias toward action, is self-motivated, and a self-starter.
  • Be creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently with a high sense of urgency

In this role, you’ll need to have…

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required  in a training or consulting role
  • Minimum of 4 years of similar experience; with preferably in a related health industry (i.e. dental, orthodontic, practice etc.) 
  • Related clinical designation and experience required ( i.e. Dental hygienist)

  • Computer proficiency including Windows OS, Microsoft Office and internet research ability

  • Proven multi-tasking as well as problem solving skills.
  • Strong focus on teamwork and a proven experience building and leveraging relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners
  • Proven capability to navigate through change and operate with speed and agility
  • Proficiency with full suite of Microsoft Office applications.  Experience with a CRM system, Salesforce preferred.
  • Regular travel within assigned geographical territory required with the possibility of 25 to 50% of overnight travel required.
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license
  • In the province of Quebec, must be fluently bilingual (French / English)
