As a strategic component of Allergan Medical Institute (AMI), clinical facilitator aims at improving medical aesthetic physician’s treatment strategy and injection skills in order to fulfill AMI’s vision of pursuing excellence in clinical practice.

Be bold, innovative, and passionate about medical education, closely work with all departments for effective execution of key AMI events and activities.

Act as expert and consultant of clinical facilitation (CF) process. Provide CF training to sales team to achieve uniformity of related knowledge.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

 

• Bachelor degree or above in clinical medicine
• More than 2 years working experience in medical related affairs or fresh graduate of master degree above in clinical medicine with outstanding medical background

 

Essential Skills and Abilities

 

• Excellent  task execution with good accountability
• Good presentation and training skills
• Fast learning ability
• Good teamwork and  written/verbal communication skills
• Good English both in oral and writing
