As a Clinical Insights Professional, you will be responsible for: Manage creation of training materials related to product functionality, product demonstration and product installation with marketing as well product development teams. Collaborate with product marketing to help develop product messaging and identify appropriate clinical segments and applications. Plan and coordinate complex individual or group training courses and webinars in domestic and international settings to a variety of audience types. Develops and implements interactive workshops, exercises and role play scenarios applying adult learning principles. Demonstrate and maintains product knowledge, commercial scanning proficiency and presentations skills to create images for presentations, product demonstration, and to provide instruction in product and clinical applications. Research trends and clinical knowledge of new and emerging clinical applications to support in the development of training materials and delivery of training. Oversees and collaborates with marketing, product development, trade shows and sales activities as requested to support overall ultrasound business need. Administer remote or on-site clinical support for global luminaries and clinical marketing activities. Work closely with other members of the Ultrasound Organization on the development and implementation of clinical solutions. Understand, own, and administer competitive clinical product landscape analysis. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers Commercial ultrasound experience. Experience with e-learning and social media. Experience with 3D/4D, Elastography, Fusion and Contrast applications are preferred. Required skills to have for the success of this role BS/BA in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas and must be maintained. Vendor credentialing must be completed and maintained for onsite support of collaborations. Clinical ultrasound experience 5+ years with some managerial experience preferred. Experience in development of educational training and delivery of materials. Proficient using Microsoft Office software (Word, PPT). Strong presentation skills with proven ability to handle objections and mange conflict Up to 50% travel including international and weekend travel.
