The Clinical Project Assistant provides administrative and clinical management support to Site Management & Monitoring personnel and assist them with the in-house organization and execution of projects and activities related to clinical studies;

Supports local Clinical Team with the handling of Essential Documents, Contracts and Archiving;

Acts as the local updater of databases, controls documents quality in Trian Master File (eTMF), works with Excel and various e-systems on daily basis;

Supports Clinical Team with the processing of Expense Reports, with organization of meetings and travel arrangements, communicates with Finance department on invoicing and payments related to Clinical Operations Team

Adheres to applicable country regulations, legal requirements and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Background in economics or life-science, previous administrative experience is needed;
- Familiarity with all standard IT office tools, especially excel and databases;
- Written and verbal fluency in English and Czech languages;
- Proven strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic multicultural environment with competing projects and deadlines;
- Basic awareness of the conduct of clinical trials is needed, SAP and/or invoicing are advantageous;
- Proactive and positive team player.
