Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to achieve sales results in the assigned territory according to the quarterly and annual targets set by the company;
  • Continuously expand knowledge of our product line (Infectiology/Endo-Onco/Respiratory) to all customers. Focus on improving and developing the clinical demand of Biomarkers in traditional and non-traditional departments;
  • Develop relationships with KOLs and decision makers working in close contact with labs and wards;
  • Implement tactics for the key accounts, following the defined strategy;
  • Developing and monitoring KPIs;
  • Report and record sales information in Salesforce.com to manage customers relationship, track their activities, communicate pipeline and client engagements to the business;
  • Provide to the management monthly forecasts and account reports using company tools;
  • Be accountable for cooperating with Sales & Marketing projects;
  • Perform product demos and clinical sessions to customers;
  • Support customers and marketing activities by taking part in seminars and conferences.

Reporting:

  • Sales & Marketing Manager Italy, Malta and Greece.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IVD Market or Medical Devices/Pharma;
  • Experience in sales is highly appreciated and recommended especially in the IVD Market;
  • Good knowledge of public and private tender mechanisms.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • University/Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related;
  • Good written & spoken English.

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

  • Willingness to travel mainly within Italy. International travelling is required to attend training, meetings and events;
  • Driving license.
