Responsibilities:

• Actively support the development of the go-to-market strategy, target accounts, and identification of key opinion leaders in alignment to the key characteristics and functionalities of Masimo products & technology

• Leverage personal network with fellow-clinicians in hospitals to help secure decision-maker level meetings for the sales team

• Support the sales teams during the sales process by educating customer clinicians in the functionalities and benefits of Masimo products including leading comparative studies and evaluations against existing/ competitor products

• Lead the training of customer clinicians during the installation/ implementation process

• Identify & participate in key medical conferences and play a lead role in development and publication of case studies / research papers in the most appropriate media targeting clinicians.

  ？ Manage respective territory issues with Account Executives, Dealers and OEM partners

  ？ Identify problem areas and assist with sales and transition to Masimo SET

  ？ Support trade shows

  ？ Become a Masimo Technology expert

  ？ Work with Account Executives to coordinate hospital installations converting to Masimo SET

  ？ Assume responsibility in managing or assisting installation process and personnel

  ？ Participate in continued evaluation of new products and assist in beta testing

  ？ Assist in clinical/scientific research and data procurement and analysis

  ？ As required, perform clinical evaluation of Masimo’s technology to include customer research and focus groups

  ？ Assists in the continuing education, follow-up, and training needs of clinicians and sales force

  ？ Present a positive/professional image reflective of Masimo

  Registered Nurse/Respiratory Therapist preferred. Other disciplines considered depending on experience and expertise

  
  

  Requirements:

  
  

  ？ 4-6 years direct critical care, NICU, O.R. or emergency medical experience

  ？ Prior sales/clinical support experience preferred

  ？ Excellent and effective English oral and written communication skills

  ？ Good Mandarin oral and written communication skills

  ？ Exceptional interpersonal skills

  ？ PC literate and have excellent organizational skills

  ？ Direct experience in customer interactions and presentations

  ？ Educational or research experience. (preferred)

  ？ Independent problem solver with prior managerial/leadership experience preferred

  ？ Ability to be an integral part of an innovative, fast paced clinical & business development team

  ？ Ability and willingness to travel extensively
