We are currently looking for Clinical Study Administrators within Payment Team to assist in the coordination and administration of the study activities related to Investigators, Sites and third party vendor payments and being a part of the Local Study Team (LST) to ensure quality and consistency of interventional study deliverables to time, cost and quality objectives.

Typical Accountabilities

  • Prepares/supports/performs Health Care Organisations (HCO)/Health Care Professionals (HCP) payments in accordance with local regulations.; prepares and executes periodic payments calculation to Sites/Investigators and Third Party Vendors, within agreed timelines based on Clinical Study Agreements (CSAs), cross-checks of contracts among Sites within particular study and available reports (eCRF, IXRS etc.)
  • Receipts, verifies and realizes payments division between Sites/ Investigators and another Study Team Members, actively answering related concerns; executes other additional payments according to CSAs (start-up/ pharmacy/ archive/ other fees)
  • Sets-up and keeps up to date all payment trackers in allocated studies from site set-up till archiving; manages and archives payments documentation
  • Actively collaborates and communicates with monitors and study managers regarding documents needed for preparation of individual agreements with sites study teams members and during preparation of periodic payments calculation,
  • Cooperates with Contracting Team and study managers at the stage of preparation of contract template for new study
  • Prepares Purchase Orders, creates requests for setting up new vendors (HCP/HCO) in SAP system
  • First point of contact for HCP/HCO, AZ Finance and Accountancy Team etc. in case of any issues regarding payments/ procedures/ invoices
  • Sets-up the study at dedicated platform (third party vendor) to subjects cost reimbursement
  • Assists in coordination and administration of clinical studies from the start-up to execution and close-out.
  • Ensures compliance with local, national and regional legislation, as applicable.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Excellent organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment with shifting priorities
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in clinical trials environment
  • Proven interpersonal and administrative skills; Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Computer proficiency especially around Ms Excel
  • Team oriented and flexible; ability to respond quickly to shifting demands and opportunities.
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of SAP system
  • Understanding of the Clinical Study Process and procedures relating to it
  • Ability to develop advanced computer skills to increase efficiency in daily tasks
  • Willingness and ability to train others on study administration procedures.
